Business Development Lead
We are working with massive, international companies to add value to their current solution, saving lives, adding to their bottom-line and creating new opportunities.
As BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD you will have excellent communication skills to build rapport and understand target customers opportunities. You will:
- Focus on a specific sector (likely utilities or telco) to take prospects over the line to be a client.
- Use your intuition and natural curiosity to understand a clients pain point and to objection handling.
- Develop relationships with target customers to enable bids and sales opportunities.
- Having identified a prospect, created a bid or tender opportunity, take the opportunity to a successful close
You will need to be:
- Highly motivated, there are no prescribed phone times or scripts.
- Articulate and able to convey complex solutions to business customers.
- Creative in your thinking- able to recognise a customers problem and offer a relevant solution.
- Able to take accurate notes and develop follow up plans. Be organised!
- You will need to demonstrate solid experience in business development, partner development but most importantly, winning new business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000 per year + Commission
