Am I able to upgrade my package?

Yes you can. If you upgrade partway through the month, the price of you new package will be adjusted to ensure you don't overpay.

Does Naurt need my billing details to create a free account?

No, Naurt doesn't require any billing details when signing up to a free account. Simply verify your email and get started with you free Naurt key!

If I don't use my allotted monthly allowance, will it rollover to the next month?

Unfortunately it doesn't. Each monthly billing period is completely separate and we cannot offer rollovers on any of our products.

How do my package limits reset each month?

Each billing month, your usage for each product will be completely reset.

For example, if you sign up on the 20th of August and by the 29th of August, you've used all 150 of your Location Manager users, it will be reset back to 0 on the 20th of September

Do I really get unlimited users for Naurt Lite?

Absolutely! Naurt Lite is our tool for logging parking spots and building entrances. You can have as many users as you like collecting this data! You'll then be able to retrieve, search and filter this data later using the POI API.
